Today's guest is Lieutenant General Richard Clark, USAFA Superintendent. Today general Clark shares ideas on how he is connecting with, and developing, the newest generation of leaders.  he also talks about the one thing that our leaders need to know about these cadets, and how he used sleep overs to connect with cadets during the isolation of COVID.  I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did. Lead ‘em well.

Mr. Rhone taught a lot...that I will be adding to my playbook. I wish Mr. Rhone had more time to cover more material...great info for developing as a true leader.

The Leadership As A Domain briefing was the most valuable presentation of the week. I took two pages of notes to look back on and use in my leadership tool box and to share with my unit.

VERY entertaining and enthusiastic. Newer supervisors would benefit from this development. Mr. Rhone made it personal and interactive.

Personally, our interactions have not only benefited my own professional growth, but more broadly brought into focus my hobby/passion of observing and noting specific leadership styles, their benefits, and their impacts on people.  You have become the epitome of an “inspirational leader."

You changed my outlook on the Air Force.  I wouldn’t have stayed in if it weren’t for you.

You should know that I would have never taken the risk if it weren’t for your coaching and encouragement. It would have felt way too big to tackle a few years ago.

Thank you so much for coming out. I really enjoyed your training; the way you kept us engaged, were able to relate with us (being military), and making it fun. Most “motivational” or “leadership” trainings I have attended were either not invigorating, grabbed my attention, or just had no relation to how we run business in the military. I can tell that you are very passionate in what you do and excited in telling all your stories to put everything into perspective within your presentation.
