Michelle RhoneMichelle Rhone, holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior (MSMOB), and has 17 years of public service in law enforcement, to include leading a department's human resources and recruiting program. Michelle’s education and experiences uniquely qualify her to guide public safety offices through organizational and cultural change, as well as prepare officers for promotion assessments.
Trent "Carp" CarpenterTrent “Carp” Carpenter joins the Rhone Coaching and Consulting Group (RCCG) team as a retired Air Force Colonel with 27 years of experience serving and leading in the Air Battle Manager / Command and Control (C2) career field. With an unmatched passion for building effective teams, garnering expertise, and caring for his personnel, Carp has successfully commanded large,
multi-faceted organizations at the squadron and group level. He joins the team on the heels of his last assignment as Chief, Command and Control Division, Operations Directorate, Headquarters United States Central Command where his team was responsible for US and Partner Nation C2 interoperability requirements, theater air & missile defense design/laydown, theater information sharing, and C2 systems (sensors, communication) integration. Prior to his last assignment, Carp commanded the 609th Air Operations Center, Al Udeid Airbase, Qatar and has served in leadership & staff positions in the Combat Air Forces, North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD), Air Combat Command, and Headquarters US Air Force at the Pentagon. He also instructed at the US Air Force Weapons School “Barnyard” and was instructor or evaluator qualified in multiple weapons systems to include Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and Control and Reporting Center (CRC). He is proud to be a 1993 graduate of the USAF Academy, and extremely honored to be part of the RCCG team, and under BigDogg’s leadership, continue to serve our nation by building effective teams, unlocking leadership potential, and providing C2 expertise; advisement to Air Force ; Industry leaders. |
